I base about half of my work on the subject of weather. Weather influences our moods, our activities, our environment. In both the "Weather Diary" series and the "Monsoon" series I allowed the weather to alter my work - I documented winds and humidity using colours and textures, allowed the rain to fall directly on my wet paintings, etc.
