I've
begun producing some of the canvases deptcting Burgess Shale fossils and Protozoa.
Just as I suspended amorphous cloud-shapes in my Monsoon canvases, I'm suspending
the shapes of the protozoae and Burgess Shale animals in mid-air. The manner
of stringing emphazises the structure of the creature (legs, antennae, feelers,
etc). I'm using various media to create textures reminiscent of the work I did
on my Moon Series (see Jupiter: Io, in the Moon section).
