The IAAA Nicaragua Workshop 2007
Here are some sketches from my little sketchbook, which I carried around with me everywhere. It was hot, windy and dusty, so I concentrated on getting some quick impressions down, defaulting to a more realistic style than my usual more abstracted mode.
I began a series of 9 small stretched canvases with abstracted studies based on my sketches in Nicaragua at the Casa de los tres Mundos, which I'm finishing in my studio here in Montreal.
